Sirka – Vinegar

Sirka is available in multiple types for cooking, pickling and achar use.

White Sirka

White vinegar is used for pickling vegetables, making achar and marinating meat. Available in small bottle and 1 litre bottle. Price listed in PKR.

Black Sirka and Desi Sirka

Besan – Chickpea Flour

Food Color – Rang

Food color powder, also called rang in Urdu, is available in red, yellow, green and orange. Used in biryani, sweets and traditional dishes. Available in small packs. Price listed in PKR. 

Haldi – Turmeric

Pure turmeric powder, known as haldi in Urdu, is available in 100g, 250g and 500g packs. Used in all Pakistani curries and also taken as a health supplement. Price listed in PKR on the product page.

Garlic – Lahsun
