Sabz Elaichi – Green Cardamom

Sabz elaichi, also called green cardamom, is used in chai, rice dishes and desserts. It has a strong aroma and mild sweet taste. Available in 50g, 100g and 250g packs. Price listed in PKR on the product page.

Moti Elaichi – Black Cardamom

Moti elaichi, also called kaali elaichi or black cardamom, is larger in size and has a smoky flavour. It is used in biryani, curries and meat dishes. Available in 50g and 100g packs.

Daar Cheeni – Cinnamon

Daar cheeni, also written as dar cheeni or daal cheeni, is cinnamon in stick form. It is used in biryani, curries, chai and sweet dishes. We carry cinnamon sticks in 50g, 100g, 250g and 500g packs. Price listed in PKR on the product page.

Sirka – Vinegar

We carry multiple types of sirka for cooking and pickling use.

White Sirka

White vinegar is used for pickling, marination and cleaning. Available in small bottle and 1 litre bottle. Price listed in PKR on product page 

Black Sirka and Desi Sirka

Soya Sauce

Soya sauce is available in 500ml and 1 litre packs. Used in Pakistani Chinese cooking and as a marinade. We also carry a gluten free soya sauce option. Prices listed in PKR on the product page.
